The BMW X5 is an impressive thing. It’s obsessively well designed and capable on any terrain. It can be a family-friendly SUV, a luxury vehicle, a sports car and an off-roader. If you only had space for one vehicle, an X5 would fit the bill nicely. Entry-level models are equipped with a powerful and efficient turbocharged inline-6. You can also have a V-8 with over 500 hp, and if that’s not enough, there’s an M version with over 600. The X5 xDrive 45e plug-in hybrid seen here is the newest addition to the family and builds on the last-generation X5 40e with double the battery capacity (24kWh) and two extra cylinders. The electric range has effectively doubled and you can expect to get around 45 km from a fully charged battery pack. Next Hotel.com's latest survey lists out the top ten destinations Indians have been travelling to. Have YOU been to these places yet? A recent Hotel.com survey has shed light on travelling habits of Indians. The survey revealed that more Indians chose to travel around their neighbourhood for work and pleasure rather than travel to Europe and America. Five out of the top ten destinations in the list are South East Asian. According to the survey Hong Kong slipped to the fourth position while Singapore topped the chart largely because of the new luxury hotel offerings like the Marina Bay Sands, followed by Bangkok. The capital of Spain fell four places from number six last year. According to Wikipedia's travel guide, Madrid cabs 'can be hard to find during late hours on weekends' and its drivers are known to 'drive you around or through crowded avenues to increase the fare'. Most Madrid cab drivers don't speak English so it helps to have your directions written in Spanish and always, always carry your hotel's address in case you're lost. Well, if not, then you need to board the Children's Railway located in the hilly outskirts of Budapest. The Buda side of Budapest is full of lovely winding uphill roads in the midst of wooded forests. Just on the perimeter of the trees, are charming villas and houses which though not exactly architected on the bygone eras, are still extremely quaint.
