Universal has dated Bros , the new romantic comedy starring, written and executive produced by Billy Eichner for Aug. 12, 2022. The studio already had the date reserved for an untitled event film. The only other wide entry on that date is an untitled Disney event film. Universal bills Bros as “the first romantic comedy from a major studio about two gay men maybe, possibly, probably stumbling towards love. Maybe. They’re both very busy.” Neighbors franchise filmmaker Nicholas Stoller directs. Pic is produced by Judd Apatow, Stoller and Joshua Church. This is the second movie after Minions: The Rise of Gru that Universal has kept for 2022. Seven Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) have figured in the world’s top 200 list of the QS World University ranking by subject for 2021. The IIT-Bombay has emerged as the best institute in the country, as per the global ranking index. The IIT-Bombay has cut into the elite group of top 50 engineering colleges of the world with 49th rank globally. IIT-B is closely followed by IIT-Delhi at 54th spot and IIT-Madras secured 94th rank in the QS World Ranking list. Govt, universities should cover MIQ fees for returning international students, union says
ALDEN WILLIAMS/STUFF Lincoln University PhD student Karla Lopez Reyes was among the first of the 250 PhD students to be allowed to enter New Zealand. Video first published on February 26 2020. International students should be exempt from managed isolation and quarantine (MIQ) charges as they are already treated as “cash cows”, a union says. The cost of 14 days in an MIQ hotel will increase from $3100 to $5520 from March 25 and will include people entering the country on visitor, work or student visas. In October 2020, Education Minister Chris Hipkins announced 250 PhD and postgraduate students would be allowed to enter New Zealand after borders closed last March due to the Covid-19 pandemic . The first students were expected in November but less than 50 had arrived as of last week, with some unable to return due to a lack of MIQ places .
