Within hours Charles released an extensive statement, on Friday evening, responding to the allegations of grooming and pedophilia. "There's a video going round about me on TikTok and Twitter of a guy calling me a groomer and I want to address it right away. The accusation that I have groomed this person is completely false," the influencer tweeted. Charles' comments come after a user named Isaiyah, who is allegedly 16, took to Twitter to repost TikTok videos in which he accused Charles of sending unsolicited, sexually explicit images. The TikTok footage has since been removed from Twitter, but two tweets from the thread remain. The final tweet in the thread features the alleged 16-year-old showing a Snapchat message being opened. After nearly a year of restrictions, even royalty have been forced to work from home and images from the beginning of the pandemic show a rare glimpse into Prince Charles's office. Photos and books could be seen in the background as Prince Charles opened the NHS Nightingale hospital in London last year by video call. Speaking from his Scottish residence, Birkhall, Charles was surrounded by home comforts, personal trinkets and family photos. The 71-year-old's home office set-up features pictures of the Queen, his sister Princess Anne and his sons William and Harry. Former Harvard Professor Charles Lieber was indicted by a grand jury on Tuesday over allegations that he maintained an undisclosed financial relationship with the Chinese government by taking a position as a “Strategic Scientist” at the Wuhan University of Technology. The scheme is part of China’s “Thousand Talents” program, which sees to pay western academics to hand over research funded by the government of their home countries. According to a report by CNBC, former Harvard Professor and Chemistry Department Chair Charles Lieber was indicted by a grand jury on Tuesday over allegations that he failed to disclose professional relationships with entities funded by the Chinese government.
