Two besties go to war in Total War: Three Kingdoms’ Fates Divided DLC

Ten years have passed since the events of Total War: Three Kingdoms , and things haven't gotten much more peaceful. Two warlords, once close friends, have come to loggerheads—and it's up to you to determine which one will control the fate of China. Arriving next month, Fates Divided is the next piece of DLC for the Ancient Chinese epic. The Chapter Pack follows Cao Cao and Yuan Shao, telling new stories starting from 200CE as China's most powerful warlords come to loggerheads. Thousands of flag-waving demonstrators took to the streets of Lashio in the eastern Shan state, Myitkyina in Kachin state to the north, or Hpa-An in the southeastern Kayin state. Leaders of Myanmar's different ethnic groups that are supporting resistance against the military leadership also support the civil disobedience movement, under which public servants, health care and transportation workers are striking around the country. How to rethink Russia sanctions

Since 2012, Russia has become subject of ever more Western sanctions. Some have been unilateral U.S. sanctions, while Western allies have joined in others. Currently, the United States has about 15 different sanctions programs for Russia, and several others have been proposed. Sensibly, the Biden administration has called for a review of U.S. Russia sanctions. Sanctions should be effective. They should deter, punish and hopefully reverse bad behavior. Narrowly targeted and clearly defined sanctions are usually more effective than broad sanctions that, for example, aim at regime change. The more countries that participate, the more effective sanctions tend to be. Therefore, the Biden administration is right in its intent to return to far-reaching coordination with European allies in its Russia sanctions.
