Police directed by Karachi court to submit report in sanctity of Quaid-e-Azam’s Mazar case

Magistrate asks SSP Investigations to submit a report by March 25. Case states Capt Safdar and accomplices "physically harmed" Quaid-e-Azam's mausoleum. A case had been filed against Capt Safdar and others for violating the sanctity of Quaid-e-Azam's mausoleum by chanting political slogans and intimidating people. KARACHI:  The  Senior Superintendent of Police (Investigations) was directed by a judicial magistrate in Karachi on Saturday to complete the investigation of the case involving PML-N leader Maryam Nawaz and her husband Capt Safdar Awan allegedly violating the sanctity of Quaid-e-Azam's mausoleum last year. The SSP has been asked by the judicial magistrate south to submit his investigation report to the court by March 25. The case, filed by the Quaid-e-Azam Mazar Management Board, states that Capt Safdar and his accomplices "physically harmed" the mausoleum. Apple Watch outsells every other smartwatch in India: Report

If a report by IDC is to be believed, then more Indians are wearing smartwatches than anytime before. Driving the ‘craze’ for smartwatches in India is none other than Apple . According to the IDC report, the watch segment in India grew significantly. As per the report, “Watches saw a 139.3% YoY growth with 2.6 million unit shipments in 2020.” Leading the smartwatch category is none other than Apple. Apple, according to IDC, has a 51% market share in the smartwatch category. IDC classifies smartwatches as devices “which can run third-party applications on the device itself”. Jaipal Singh, associate research manager, client devices, IDC India , says, “The high cost associated with wearable watches is not much of a challenge anymore. Also, the watch form factor is now seen as more appealing to the consumers, and vendors will leverage this shift by further expanding their watches portfolio in coming quarters”. Hanoi asks pharmacies to report buyers of medicines for Covid-19-like symptoms

The Hanoitimes - Pharmacies are requested to ask clients buying medicines for cold and common cold symptoms such as cough and fever to make health declaration. The Hanoi city government has asked 7,000 pharmacies citywide to report people buying medicines for cold, cough and fever in recent days as the municipal government has been making efforts to curb Covid-19 spread, local media quoted mayor Nguyen Duc Chung as saying at a meeting on April 13. Accordingly, pharmacies are requested to ask clients buying medicines for cold and common cold symptoms such as cough and fever to make health declaration. Six new Covid-19 cases reported in Hai Duong The Saigon Times Local people come to a medical center in Hai Duong Province for Covid-19 testing. The province reported six new locally transmitted Covid-19 cases this evening, March 6 - PHOTO: MINISTRY OF HEALTH HCMC - The Ministry of Health has confirmed six new locally transmitted Covid-19 cases in the northern province of Hai Duong, sending Vietnam’s caseload to 2,507 as of this evening, March 6. Since late January, the province has reported 707 Covid-19 infections. Three of the six new cases were reported in Kim Thanh District and three others in Kinh Mon District. All of the new cases had come into contact with Covid-19 patients and had been quarantined before testing positive for Covid-19, posing no risk of community transmission.
