Mumbai-based electric vehicle manufacturer PMV electric is all set to launch its first electric car to the Indian market . The EV will make its debut on November 16 th and will be called EaS-E. The company says that this EV will be primarily targeted at city dwellers looking for an affordable electric vehicle for everyday use. Talking about the electric car, features a compact “Smart Car” design language. It gets a clamshell bonnet with a squared-out grille with a full-width LED DRL, circular LED headlamp units, and a raked windscreen. Moving on to the side it gets flared wheel arches and aerodynamically designed alloy wheels. Talking about the battery and range, the EV will be powered by a 10kWh lithium iron phosphate battery pack paired with a PMSM electric motor which produces 20 bhp of power and the company claims that the EV can go up to 200 Km in one full charge. When launched, the EaS-E electric car will be the most affordable small electric car in the Indian market and is expected to be priced from Rs 4 lakh.
