OLYMPIA (Wash.) — The fifth National Preps Showcase took place in Olympia on Saturday at the Regional Athletic Complex, and it was a pair of in-state products who made the most of a big day. The 2022 offensive line class in the state of Washington is the best in a decade, since the 2012 class produced an Outland Trophy Winner and First Round Draft Pick. So it was fitting that the overall camp co-MVPs were a pair of offensive linemen. Puyallup (Wash.) produced said Outland Trophy Winner Joshua Garnett and it was current Viking Dave Iuli who earned co-Overall MVP honors, joining Seattle (Wash.) Rainier Beach offensive tackle Josh Conerly Jr., the No. 1 prospect in the state of Washington in 2022 and the top offensive lineman in the West as the top performer at the camp. The top offensive performer on the day was Tacoma (Wash.) Lincoln 2023 quarterback Gabarri Johnson, who continued his torrid offseason with a relatively flawless performance that saw him stand out amongst all the skill performers on offense on Saturday.
