It will be released in UK cinemas on July 6, 2018.
It is directed by Kevin MacDonald.
It’s running time and age rating are yet to be released.

Who will feature in the film? And what will it be about?
The film will chart the rise of Whitney’s life from a gospel singer to an international star.
It will include interviews with friends, family and collaborators, among them Clive Davis, founder and president of Arista Records, who is credited with discovering the singer.
Director Kevin MacDonald said in a statement: “I approached Whitney’s life like a mystery story; why did someone with so much raw talent and beauty self-destruct so publicly and painfully?
“I was lucky enough to have the support of Pat Houston and the Whitney Houston estate in this quest,” he continues.
“They entrusted me with the ‘keys to the vault’ while giving me complete freedom to follow the story wherever it went.
“At heart, Whitney is an intimate family story that reveals a new side to a woman that even her most die-hard fans never knew.”
On May 17, 2018 it was revealed that the film alleges that Whitney’s cousin Dee Dee Warwick abused her.

When and how did Whitney Houston die?
Whitney, 48, was found unconscious in a suite at the Beverly Hilton Hotel on February 11, 2012.
She was submerged in the bathtub when she was found.
Medics arrived and found her unresponsive and the singer was pronounced dead shortly afterwards.
Her cause of death was reported as drowning and the “effects of atherosclerotic heart disease and cocaine use”.
Cocaine was thought to have been used shortly before her death – and a number of other drugs were found in her system.
The singer’s death was listed as an “accident”.
